Ingredients:
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 whole allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (or minced fresh ginger if you have it)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
1. Wash cranberries
2. Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan
3. Stir with a wooden spoon and bring to a boil
4. Boil rapidly for 5-8 minutes until all cranberries pop
5. Remove from heat and let the cranberry sauce cool
